New Bus Beam

Brand new Bus Beams - for Splits or Bays. Continuing our development of new products, we are pleased to announce we are now manufacturing our own replacement bus beam housings. Most beams on vans are now over 30 years old and showing their age! New VW beams are very expensive and the quality from VW Brazil is not great. Our beam will take your van on for another 30 years!

Made to STOCK dimensions they can be fitted easily as a replacement using your own standard parts or you can add one of the EZ-Rider lowering kits for the ultimate front end setup!

Produced from heavy wall tube and laser cut steel plate, we jig build and full MIG-weld the complete beam. After cleaning, they are assembled with new heavy duty needle roller outer bearings and sintered phosphor bronze inner bearings, new grub screws, new grease nipples and a new steering pin. Finally, the tube ends are fitted with new wiper seals for a neat finish. The end plates are press formed to follow the contours of the original beam and are drilled to suit both Bay window and Split screen vans.

EZ-Rider Lowered Rear Spring Plates

The ultimate in rear ride quality! Stock ride quality and carrying capacity is maintained whilst lowering your ride height! Turing the spring plates is just the cheap-skate way of doing it - this is the proper way and you know it! Available for Bay vans (choice of years) and in a choice of ride-heights - please specify when ordering.
