BMD Pulley & Belt Kit

BMD Serpentine Belt & Pulley Kit. Available in a choice of colours. If you have ever had a problem with the standard fanbelt on your VW, the new BMD kit is the solution.

Made from high quality billet T6 aluminium, they are CNC machined and then anodized to protect them from scratches. After anodizing, the timing marks are then CNC machined into the face of the crank pulley to ensure correct timing.

Installed into the idler pulley are two high-speed chromed, double sealed ball-bearings (rated upto 31,000rpms). These ensure the belt pulley system gives trouble-free operation.

We sell replacement belts, but they do use a standard common size belt available at most good automotive stores. The kit comes complete with all the hardware needed to convert from the old fanbelt system to the new Serpentine system.

Available in standard size or power pulley size and in a choice of colours, your VW will not only run smoother and require less maintenance, but will look fabulous to boot!

Porsche Fan Conversion

Porsche Fan Conversion. Upgrade your cooling and charging systems with this ultimate Porsche fan conversion kit. Made by CSP. The kit includes Porsche fan and 70amp alternator, fanshroud (in epoxy or carbon-fibre), stainless steel retaining straps and special mounting for the oil filler / breather. These kits must be used with a twin-carb setup and ideally with the CSP Bellcrank carb linkage (see carbs section). An electric fuel pump and full flow oil system must also be used. Not recommended on long stroke engines. Specify the Epoxy or Carbon-Fibre finish when ordering.
