041 Cylinder Head

Very popular for mild displacement engines in street cars or vans. Large 39mm inlet valve with a stock size 32mm exhaust valve. Valves are fitted with heavy duty springs. Cut for 1600 or 1641cc barrels, but can be enlarged to suit your application.

EMPI Cylinder Head

EMPI brand cylinder heads with 40mmx35.5mm valves. The large valve and port size offers excellent performance with an 'off-the-shelf' price tag! Supplied ready fitted with stainless steel valves. Choice of single-valve springs (fitted with stock retainers) or dual-valve springs (fitted with chromoly retainers). These heads have 12mm spark plug threads for great strength. Specify valve-springs and bore size when ordering.

CB Performance 044 Super Mag CNC Round Port Heads. The next step up from the standard 044 head. The same specs as the above item, but also with a 3-angle valve job, dual super rev valve springs, silicone bronze valve guides, nickle-chromium alloy valve seats, CNC ported and polished for increased flow. Steet Eliminator Heads

An alternative to the popular CB 044 heads, these offer a great compromise between all-out racing heads and re-worked stock heads. Precision manufactured by Bugpack, they give 70% more flow out of the box and benefit from: computer designed intake ports, added material around the combustion chamber, extra cooling fins around the exhaust ports, increased valve sping and guide support, long reach 3/4" spark plugs, forged stainless valves and dual springs with chromoly retainers. Supplied with 42x37.5mm valves. Supplied in matched pairs, but a special manifold is required which is listed below.

Adjustable Push Rod Tubes

SCAT Rocker Assemblies

SCAT needle bearing rocker assemblies. Complete sets with shafts and adjusters at the pushrod eng. Oil fed broze steel backed bushing between the arm and shaft. Must be used with the lash caps supplied with the kit. Available in a choice of ratios - 1.25:1 or 1.4:1 - specify when ordering.

SCAT Swivel Ball Valve Adjusters

SCAT swivel ball valve adjusters eliminate valve tip wear caused by high-lift cams and heavy duty springs. Supplied as a set of 8 with adjusting shims to correct valve alignment. They have oil feed holes which align with the gallery in the rocker arm. Requires standard size nuts (not included).
