Genuine VW Full Door 68-79

Brand new, complete bare front cab door. Genuine VW part. These are the European style doors that DON'T have that ugly swage-line lip running along the bottom of the door like the new VW Brazil vans. These doors will fit all models of Bay Van 68-79, but later 75-79 vans need a hinge conversion kit (see below). Also, the early 68 vans, had a 8-month only door handle which can't be used with these doors. Specify LHS or RHS when ordering.

Hinge Conversion Kit

Hinge pin conversion kit - use when fitting our new doors onto later models 75-79. Note: This kit also includes a conversion plate to modify your existing door check strap. However, this requires a small amount of welding, so you may prefer to purchase an early style check strap (see below) which will fit straight into your new door. This kit fits LHS or RHS.
